He later led Alfis, the\u00a0authorised\u00a0Baltic distributor of Liebherr industrial equipment, before joining LATRAPS, where he\u00a0was responsible for\u00a0the agricultural machinery business line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;In my professional career,\u00a0I have both sold and managed the sale of banking services\u00a0and built bank relationships with corporate clients, as well as been in the role of a bank client. Even when leading a quite large company by Latvian standards, I felt forgotten and ignored by banks. In recent years, the relationship between businesses and banks is more reminiscent of working with government institutions than business\u00a0organisations.
