Subject to the required approval from Latvijas Banka, J\u0101nis Pizi\u010ds is expected to become Chairman of the Management Board of INDEXO Bank. Valdis Siksnis, current Chairman of the Management Board of INDEXO Bank and one of INDEXO\u2019s founders, is expected to continue his work on the Supervisory Boards of INDEXO Bank and INDEXO Group, subject to the required approval from Latvijas Banka and shareholders.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u0101nis Pizi\u010ds has extensive experience in finance, investments and business development, including building and growing businesses across different markets. He began his career at Ernst &amp; Young and later held senior management positions in Latvian and international companies. From 2017 to 2020, J\u0101nis Pizi\u010ds served as Chief Operating Officer and later as Group CEO of Finko Group, gaining extensive international experience in lending across multiple markets. Since 2022, he has been a partner at Merito Partners and, since 2021, a member of the Supervisory Board of AS DelfinGroup. In July 2026, J\u0101nis Pizi\u010ds also became a member of the Supervisory Boards of INDEXO Bank and IPAS INDEXO. Prior to joining the management team of INDEXO Bank, he stepped down from his positions on the Supervisory Boards of INDEXO Bank and IPAS INDEXO. J\u0101nis Pizi\u010ds is also an INDEXO shareholder, directly and indirectly holding a total of 85,360 INDEXO shares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cINDEXO Bank is currently in a period of rapid development, and the opportunity to join its team represents both an exciting professional challenge and a chance to apply my experience to help build a strong Latvian financial institution. He is ACCA qualified and has also completed the Board Member Education Programme and Chair of the Board Education Programme at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cJ\u0101nis is a very strong addition to the INDEXO Bank management team.
