Can the card be used immediately after it is created in the app?
How can I get a physical card?
The card will be sent to the postal address you specified in the INDEXO Bank mobile app. Before sending, you will always have the opportunity to check whether the address is correct and up-to-date.
How to activate the physical card?
The card is already active and ready to use. To activate the contactless payment function, simply make a payment in the store by entering the PIN code of the card. Once this is done, you will be able to make further payments by beeping the card.
If you want to activate the card for online purchases as well, turn on this option in the app – it is initially turned off for security reasons.
