It’s the largest amount raised in the Latvian public equity market over the past decade! Thank you to everyone who has placed their trust in us and participated in the new INDEXO stock offering.
Although it is less than the planned 12.5 million euros, INDEXO believes that it is sufficient to successfully complete the banking licensing process. Currently the new bank licensing document review is continuing and the approval from the European Central Bank is required for obtaining a commercial bank license upon recommendation from the Bank of Latvia.
