How to add your card to Apple Wallet?

Pay with a single touch
Double-click the side button on your iPhone, confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode, and hold your device near the terminal to pay.
When shopping online or in apps, tap the button, confirm your payment and delivery details, and then authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode.
Use it at your favourite places
Now you can pay with your INDEXO Bank card wherever you see this symbol – in stores, online, or in your favorite apps. Apple Pay makes it easy.

Where can I use Apple Pay?
For the first time, Latvian residents can add local banks — INDEXO Bank — cards to their Apple Wallet and make payments using Apple Pay. Locals can!
Pay with your INDEXO Bank card anywhere you see the contactless payment symbol — in stores, online, and in apps where the Apple Pay logo is displayed. All you need is your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, or Mac.
I already have other bank cards in Apple Wallet (digital wallet). Do I need to delete them?
No. You can add your INDEXO Bank card as an additional payment method. Apple Wallet allows you to store multiple cards simultaneously.
Which card will be used if I have multiple cards in my wallet?
At the time of payment, you can choose which card to use. For your convenience, you can set the INDEXO Bank card as the default card:
- Open Settings
- Choose Wallet & Apple Pay
- Press Default Card
- Choose the INDEXO Bank card
What should I do if I lose my INDEXO Bank card but it is added to Apple Wallet? Will I still be able to pay with my phone?
Immediately block the card through the INDEXO Bank mobile app. Payments, including with Apple Pay, will not be accepted with a blocked card.
What should I do if I lose the device with my INDEXO Bank card? Will I still be able to pay with my physical card?
Contact us to block the card’s usage with Apple Pay. Meanwhile, you will still be able to pay using your physical INDEXO Bank card. On your new device, you can add the card to Apple Wallet again.
