Today, April 15, the subscription for the new shares of IPAS “Indexo” (hereinafter – INDEXO) commences. The price per one share is EUR 10.15. The subscription period lasts until April 25, 2025, 3:30 PM. In the new share issue, INDEXO plans to attract up to 4.06 million euros, to promote further development of the bank, including the initiation of mortgage lending. Alongside improving existing services and introducing new ones, this capital raise will help the INDEXO Group reach its break-even point in the fourth quarter of this year (before credit loss provisions).
The share issue by INDEXO is carried out in accordance with the approved Prospectus, which is available on INDEXO’s website: www.indexo.lv/investoriem. In the new share issuance by INDEXO, a total of up to 400,000 shares will be offered. Investors can participate by purchasing at least one share, priced at EUR 10.15.

Shareholders who will have at least 200 INDEXO shares at the end of the capital raising period will have their property valuation costs covered for refinancing a mortgage loan or for a new loan, if the mortgage loan agreement with INDEXO is concluded by the end of 2025.
